FRACTAL H company is a research company in the field of new Internet technologies. It was accredited as a Young Innovating Firm and was granted with the OSEO-ANVAR award at its very beginning.

Its founder, Mr Saray Hach, a consultant in organization and management,  a member of the prestigious MENSA association, created an innovating research method originating from various organization and optimization techniques.

Mr Saray Hach is close to the people and develops his computer applications by fully taking his users'needs into account. A perfect software must be designed so that its most currently used functions may be easy to use.

This method and this approach allowed Mr Hach to create Fractalweb® technology, at the base of the Visual CMS® (Content Management System) used to create and manage this website.

The company was joined by the Biostart group, specialized in the assistance and the development of firms, then by Dominique Netter, a manager of several companies in international trading, to set up FRACTAL H in 2007.
